Okay, so there are several places that register website domain names. Why can’t my computer be one of those places–for my own site only? What do they do to become domain name registries?
Okay, well I don’t have Windows Server and I don’t want to spend the money for it, so now I’ve downloaded Apache Server.

Now… how do I use Apache?

(Yes, I do already have TCP/IP set up–I have high-speed internet connection. Remember?)
