I want to start a website exclusively for online business. I don’t have any existing business and would like to build a website for online trading. I would like to trade electronic products and all fast moving products from my website. Could any body suggest me how to start a website which doesn’t have any existing content and how to get online vendors / sources for the stock. and total how much does it cost me.

The first 1/3 page would pop up then other products. The company that built our website is telling us its slow b/c we have alot of products? Antony Hook asked: I am building a new website using Serif Web Plus. The finished product is a little slow to load when a user logs onto the site. I am not using excessive pictures etc. The part that is slowest to appear on the screen is the task-bar.

Okay, so there are several places that register website domain names. Why can’t my computer be one of those places–for my own site only? What do they do to become domain name registries?
Okay, well I don’t have Windows Server and I don’t want to spend the money for it, so now I’ve downloaded Apache Server.
Now… how do I use Apache?
(Yes, I do already have TCP/IP set up–I have high-speed internet connection. Remember?)
